This column shows the “Zhou Guangren Young Pianist Award” from another perspective. Here you can find our interviews with jury members, kind remarks from jury members for the contestants, reflections of great pianists on their music and lives, as well as the same confidence of contestants during and after the competition and their excellence beyond the competition.
  It makes familiar each contestant to the audience through our camera pictures. We have interviewed each contestant right after his/her playing, showing their excited expressions in sharing their performance experiences with viewers. They talked about their piano studies, fond memories, piano masters they adore and their visions of the future.
  It also tells stories about the youthful character of the contestants during and behind the competition. Through multiple angles and in a relaxed way, we zoom in on the contestants. We hear their stories along the way to reach the competition, we share the same sympathetic responses, we feel the kindness of the piano masters in the audience, and we cherish and strive on all of these aspects.
